Echoview error message

I noticed that I was getting an error message from Echoview. Something about needing a util. dat file.
Points:
1. As far as I know, Echoview works even without this file. But, I don't know if it is working properly.
2. You can download it manually each turn. After you have logged in, look in your game info area and you will see: "get util. dat" - click on this to download.
3. A better solution is to Click Change Config at the top of the page and scroll down to :: Receive utilX.dat each turn and check the box. Click Change Config at the bottom and you should get this included with your game file each turn.
