PS Host has finally answered me.

RE: Starbase Plus.
The commands should be the same as for the original Starbase+. I checked
again and was able to locate a problem: the auxhost*.ini weren't set up
correctly. Now it should be working.

RE: EASY (RICH) settings.
These are the respective amaster settings:
PlanetSurfaceRanges=0,0,0,0,350,150,140,125
PlanetDensityRanges=10,10,10,10,100,100,100,100
PlanetCoreRangesUsual=0,0,0,0,700,500,500,200

Looks pretty rich to me (says host). However if you are not happy with the default settings, you can send me a custom amaster.src for your new game.

just keep picking up the stones, gathering them on a world - and (wonder) you'll be able to build a base.

Live food doesn't bother Birds much. Of course he needs to be careful, Lizards like their food live too.

Pardon me? Did someone mention eating birds alive? I had thought that us Peace Loving Birdmen were exempt from the Fascist/Lizard dispute. If I am wrong, however, I would like to interject two things...

Anywho, there is no Lizard / Fascist dispute unless poking fun at Bronto butt is a dispute. After all who would want to make fun of something that lived through the chicxulub impact, Deccan Traps and three screening of Istar.

OK, I've waited the required time to allow everyone the chance to make fun of my eating habits. Now I must confess I was referring to my rather long eared game persona. In real life I am much more of an omnivore. Although, I do try to avoid eating mammals and pesticide loaded veggies.

It's funny when we have a family dinner. There are vegans, and all organic, and no red meat, and nothing that has eyes, and so on... The cooks have had to become much more aware and offer more options than when I was a kid. I'll bet nothing like this happens in countries where they just worry about getting ENOUGH to eat!

OK, back to my, wait for it...... Bird dinner! Wait, reptiles taste like chicken don't they? And, let's see... salt is a crystal. I guess the metaphors run out about here.
